The changing face of the Lagar. Over the last few months the space has been gradually transformed into a beautiful community venue with a large open plan area with kitchen, also housing the vintage olive press machinery, and various mezzanine spaces including a small cosy library, study area and (as visible in the picture) a playroom. Windows and doors are bring fitted as we speak to enclose the space, which has until now, been open to the elements.
